Every employee carries these words all the time. These words are very important to every employee in Nissei Group.
“Greeting” is the word focussed today.
Greeting occassion can be seen almost everywhere everyday, such as meeting someone first in the morning, afternoon, even evening, how you treat or talk to customers, phone support. It is the foundation of human life. However, people easily come to behave carelessly and not only customers but also almost all people have bad impression.
Discipline and practice are needed and these will come to be habit.
Here is how we grow our motivation of greeting. Greeting expert came to teach way of talking, listening, and phone support. We chose right or wrong action by answering questions on a paper. We simulated to talk to customers. Everyone has their own way of talking and habit. The habit that we used to have could be wrong that needs to be corrected or cured from time to time.
