Study of Sales Strategy at Nissei Eco
Study of Sales strategy lecture is held every month for 10 months starting this month in Sep. at Nissei Eco in Japan. Employees from the Nissei Eco sales dept. attended the lecture.
We invite a profesional sales strategy adviser to give us a lecture how we start getting subject on a table in front of a customer at purchasing dept.
After we had a lecture, we had a role-play with ourselves. Before we got into the role-play, we discussed situation we actually have experienced before. Then we made a scenario or script.
What we need is practice and review over and over to memorize and remember the skit to deal with any situation at once with very smooth reply and answer.
It is just begining and introduction. it is very exciting after 10 months how we change and improve our sales stragety and ability.
